This policy explains what information Saroj Digital collects through sarojdigital.in and what we do with it. Saroj Digital is run by Saroj Maharana from Brahmapur (Berhampur), Ganjam, Odisha, India.
In short: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it only to reply to you and to do your work, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Contact form (on the Contact page): your name, email, mobile number and business name (both optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Homepage enquiry form: your business name, category, city and WhatsApp number. This form does not send anything to our website. It only opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp, phone calls and email: whatever you send us, such as your messages, your number and any files.
- Project material: if you become a client, the text, photos, logos and account access you share so we can build your website or manage your pages.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote or a demo.
- To build and deliver the work you ask for, and to support you after it goes live.
- To send invoices and keep payment records.
We do not sell, rent or share your details for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Services that handle your data
A few outside services help run this website. Each one only gets what it needs:
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our email inbox.
- Gmail (Google) stores the emails you send us and the contact form messages.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the chats you start with us. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to those chats.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts on this website. Your browser connects to Google to load them, so Google can see your IP address.
- Our web hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and to keep the website running.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, the Facebook Pixel or any other analytics or advertising tracker.

How long we keep it
