These terms apply when you hire Saroj Digital for a website, branding, social media, ads or software. Saroj Digital is run by Saroj Maharana from Brahmapur (Berhampur), Ganjam, Odisha, India.

By confirming a project and paying the advance, you agree to these terms. If the written quote for your project says something different, the quote applies.

1. Prices

  • Prices on this website are starting prices in Indian Rupees (₹). The final price for your project is confirmed in writing (on WhatsApp or by email) before work starts.
  • The domain is not included in website packages and is charged separately.
  • Ad budgets (the money paid to Meta or Google for ads) and payment gateway fees are separate and paid by you.
  • Monthly services, such as social media and ads management, are charged per month.

2. Payment

  • 50% advance to start the work. The rest is due when the website goes live, or when the work is delivered.
  • You can pay by UPI or bank transfer.

3. Delivery

  • A website is usually ready in 3–7 days after we receive all your content (text, photos, logo and business details).
  • Delivery times start from the day we have everything we need. Late content or feedback moves the delivery date.

4. Domain and hosting

  • Your domain is registered in your name. You own it.
  • The ₹999 Business Website includes 1 year of hosting.
  • After the first year, hosting and domain renewal is ₹1,999 per year. If it is not renewed, the website goes offline when the hosting or domain expires.

5. Changes after launch

  • Small text and photo changes are free for 30 days after the website goes live.
  • After that, each change costs ₹199, or you can take the yearly maintenance plan (₹1,999/year).
  • Extra pages (₹499 per page) and new features are quoted separately.

6. Your content

You are responsible for the text, photos, logos and other material you give us, and for having the right to use it.

7. Cancellation and refunds

  • If you cancel before design work starts, you get a full refund of your advance.
  • Once design work has started, the advance is non-refundable.
  • Once the website is live, there is no refund.
  • If we cannot deliver the work, you get a full refund.

8. Results

We do our best for every client, but we cannot promise specific results, such as a number of customers, sales, followers or a Google ranking.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Ganjam, Odisha.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. The terms in place when you confirmed your project apply to that project.
